Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful, they sorted out all the issues I had. the room was just what I needed, with a nice updated look and a gorgeous view of downtown 🏙️. When I arrived, there were coffee/tea makers and a fridge ready to go in the room.

Air conditioning in the room doesn't work well. I saw three guests who have breakfast complaining about dirty grass of orange juice, my case was lipstick mark on the glass.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, particularly the evening staff who were very helpful and accommodating. The conference space was well-sized and set up nicely. I also appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, with the Westin beds providing a great night's sleep.

One issue that I had was with the temperature in the conference space, which was uncomfortably cold. Additionally, I was disappointed to hear about an upsetting issue where a guest's confirmed accessible room was given away without any prior notification or alternative arrangements made.

They should fixed the bathroom (room 812) the water is leaking all times and things in shower taps is broken . Lights in the intrance almost old and yellow is not bright
